About The XGROWTH FOUNDATION for Education and Development

The XGROWTH  FOUNDATION was established by Raissa Wongudi and Marta Hurtado in 2017. It aims to improve opportunities for young women and children in Africa and Indonesia and equip them with the knowledge, skills, strategies, and values that will allow them to enter and excel in a fast-paced and competitive world. Investing in their education and skills is of extreme importance to socially inclusive development and its global economic positioning.

WHO WE ARE

ABOUT XGF

“Educating our children is an act of love” Queen Rania Of Jordan

We truly believe that education is the foundation of economic, political and social development. How we do it:

  • MAKING EDUCATION ACCESIBLE
  • TEACHING ENGLISH CLASSES
  • OFFERING HEALTH EDUCATION
  • GIVING SCHOLARSHIPS
  • DEVELOPING LIBRARIES

XGF refers to a two definition of equity:

  • Equity of access – fair access to education – where everyone has an equal chance to achieve their ‘educational potential’ regardless of their background e.g. gender, socioeconomic background, disabilities etc. and
  • Equity of learning – where or teaching system ensures inclusion of all students to achieve a basic minimum standard of education i.e. everyone should be able to read, write and do simple arithmetic.

EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY AND ONLINE LEARNING

The XGROWTH FOUNDATION has created the XGROWTH UNIVERSITY an online platform for education.

Technology is an inherent part of life in the 21st century and a powerful tool that can enhance learning outcomes and increase opportunities for learning. Technology in education consists of both technology education—developing technological skills—and education technology—using technological tools to enhance student learning across subjects.

Help us build their future.
